Utilizing handheld devices like the Mobile Warrior to support line management and expedite transactions is also part of your daily duties.
Beyond customer interactions, Cashiers support the store's broader operations by assisting with online order fulfillment, store recovery, merchandise put-backs, and participating in annual inventory processes. Upholding company policies on shrink reduction and safety is imperative. Consistently meeting established performance standards—including customer service, productivity, sales, and attendance—is essential for success in this role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with colleagues for additional support when necessary
- Resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance for checkout support proactively
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently
