- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately
- Basic knowledge of sales and promotions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service

- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing

- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for additional checkout assistance proactively
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- Assist with recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
