Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience handling cash transactions accurately
  • Basic knowledge of sales and promotions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.

  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate Point of Sale systems and mobile technology
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with other associates for additional support as needed
  • Engage customers actively and enthusiastically
  • Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
  • Call for additional checkout assistance proactively
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
  • Assist with recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
