- Ability to operate point of sale systems and mobile devices

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout process including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish items
- Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel operations
- Participate in store recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Engage in annual inventory process
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including iCAP program, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
