This position demands strong interpersonal skills, the ability to solve problems efficiently, and dedication to maintaining high performance standards related to sales, customer service, attendance, and productivity. Working as part of the JCPenney team, you will embody the company’s core values of accountability, respect, inclusion, and proactive improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance the customer journey. Eligible associates receive a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, and an associate discount on merchandise.
