Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company values and behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support when needed
- Actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote company sales initiatives such as Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkout lanes
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment areas
- Utilize Point of Sale systems on Mobile Warrior devices for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts and general store operations like recovery and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company initiatives on shrink control and safety
- Meet established performance standards including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
