Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to work in multiple departments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to engage with guests and understand their needs
- Must adhere to company uniform and conduct standards
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work effectively in any of the store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of store products and merchandising techniques is preferred
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items to assist guests effectively
- Work across departments to support guests and ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Present self professionally adhering to uniform standards and company policies
