- Ability to work in multiple departments including deli, meat and seafood, bakery, grocery, produce and floral, and front-end
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain product knowledge
- Capability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Ability to assist guests effectively
- Adherence to professional appearance and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist nearby guests while stocking and merchandising
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist with general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
