- ability to work in any of the store’s departments including deli, meat & seafood, bakery, grocery, produce & floral, and front-end
- willingness to provide excellent guest service
- capability to maintain product knowledge
- ability to assist guests and coworkers
- adherence to professional appearance standards

Job Duties
- consistently provide excellent guest service
- engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- assist guests across departments
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
- gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
