Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cart gathering
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Willingness to assist in general store housekeeping duties

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Present self in a professional manner adhering to uniform standards
