Job Requirements

Ability to work in any one of the departments such as Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Commitment to excellent guest service
Flexibility to assist across multiple store areas
Physical ability to stock shelves and retrieve shopping carts
Adherence to professional dress code and uniform standards
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests
Minimum age of 16 years

At least 16 years of age

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
Work across departments to assist guests
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
