Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Passion for providing extraordinary guest service
Ability to work in any of the store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Ability to maintain professional uniform standards
Able to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
Willingness to assist guests and work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
A passion for providing extraordinary service
Ability to work across multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
Effective communication skills
Ability to engage and assist guests in a friendly and helpful manner

Job Duties

Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help create their meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
Assist guests across departments to provide excellent service
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
Create a hospitable shopping experience for all guests
