Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to work in any one of the departments including Deli, Meat and Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce and Floral, or Front-End
Strong communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform general housekeeping duties
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
Work across departments to assist guests
Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
Assist with gathering shopping carts and general housekeeping duties
Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
