The Team Member role at Cafe Zupas is designed for hardworking, motivated candidates interested in beginning or advancing a career in the food service industry. No prior experience is necessary, as the company provides world class training to equip new team members with the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment. Employees will engage with customers by preparing house-made dishes, operating point-of-sale systems for order checkout, and fostering genuine connections with guests. Offering both AM and PM shifts with flexible hours, the role supports employees in maintaining a great work/life balance, including the unique advantage of restaurants being closed on Sundays and eliminating late-night shifts. Job Qualifications
