Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Capacity to engage with guests and assist with their shopping needs
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work collaboratively in different store departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of grocery products preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and assisting them in creating meal solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and weekly promotions across all store departments
- Assist guests across departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Foster a hospitable and welcoming store environment
