Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and un-assisted
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to safely climb ladders
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- Ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly attitude
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent organizational skills to manage cashier duties efficiently
- Proficiency in English
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
- Accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently using a point of sale (POS) system
- Assist customers with menu inquires and making order decisions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- ensures that guest is 100% satisfied with their order
- Orders taking can be in store or via phone for pick up for delivery orders
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote sales by showcasing product in clean display case
