Job Requirements

Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and unassisted
ability to respond quickly to sounds
ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
ability to safely climb ladders
ability to work in cold temperatures
ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
strong communication skills
excellent organizational skills
proficiency in English
multilingual abilities are advantageous
previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Greet customers and provide them with a positive experience
accurately take guest orders, suggestive sell items as appropriate and efficiently use a Point of Sale (POS) system
assist customers with menu inquiries and making order decisions
handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly ensuring 100 percent customer satisfaction
take orders in store or via phone for pick up or delivery
maintain a clean and organized checkout area
promote sales by showcasing products in a clean display case
