Job Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
- Capable of standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy to operate Point of Sale system
- Ability to engage with Guests professionally and courteously
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Availability to work onsite during required hours

- Basic computer skills for Point of Sale operation

- Capable of performing physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Greet Guests with a friendly and engaging attitude and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise
- Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
- Complete Guest transactions by operating the Point of Sale software and bag purchases
- Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices
- Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts and prevent or handle these situations
- Assist Operations Manager and Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks including preparing displays, organizing fixtures, price markdowns, and transfers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store
- Understand and apply Buckle's Code of Ethics and all policies
- Perform job duties with a high level of Guest service and contribute to a positive team spirit
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
