Job Qualifications

- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- proficiency with Point of Sale systems
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and problem solve
- previous retail or cashier experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other sales programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- call for additional assistance when needed in checkout
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- assist with Omnichannel efforts
- assist with recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including sales, productivity and attendance
