Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
strong communication skills
availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
ability to stand for long periods
adherence to sanitation and safety guidelines
legal eligibility to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous cashier or food service experience is beneficial
strong customer service and communication skills
basic math and cash handling skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
issue receipts to customers
follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service areas
ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
ensure compliance with all sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
perform other duties as assigned
