Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote sales programs such as Findmore
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- manage line operations using Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices
- assist with omnichannel efforts and store recovery
- participate in inventory processes
- uphold company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards consistently
