Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic proficiency with point of sale technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and loss prevention guidelines

- Ability to operate point of sale systems efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company values and behaviors consistently
- Assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote sales and customer engagement programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain checkout signing and merchandising standards
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize point of sale systems to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel operations and general recovery tasks
- Participate in inventory control and fitting room maintenance
- Support shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance
- Collaborate with team members to provide additional checkout support when needed
