Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service

  • Promote Findmore and other company programs to drive sales and enhance customer service
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout and stock impulse fixtures
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support checkout line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel operations, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards including product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
