Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Ability to operate office equipment and basic computer software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Scan, submit, and file extended service contract payments
  • Invoice and collect payment for parts, service and body shop customers
  • Administer vehicles for our large loaner fleet
  • File all documentation
  • Work cooperatively with the Service department and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service and body shop appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
