Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak, write, and read English fluently
- Previous customer service experience in restaurants is a plus
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions diligently
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings

Job Duties
- Greet every customer who enters the restaurant or calls on the phone with a smile and warm greeting
- Take their order and enter it into the Point of Sale system
- Answer customer questions, suggestively upsell menu items, and address concerns with kindness
- Count and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely
- Pack the order once it is prepared by the kitchen with all sauces, drinks, and sides
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a great customer experience every time
