Job Requirements

  • 16 years or older
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • available to work weekends
  • 6 plus months of experience in the food and restaurant industry
  • restaurant back of house skills dishwashing
  • restaurant front of house skills front counter
  • restaurant front of house skills running food
  • restaurant front of house skills bussing tables
  • restaurant front of house skills serving in fast casual
  • restaurant front of house skills point of sale pos operation
  • comfortable handling customer complaints
  • access to personal devices for work smartphone any type
  • able to stand for duration of shift
  • able to comfortably lift 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a serving role is a plus, but not mandatory
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices
  • availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • ensure all guests receive prompt and friendly service
  • take orders accurately, making recommendations when asked
  • deliver food and beverages to tables accurately and efficiently
  • address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally
  • maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
