Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
Ability to stand and/or walk constantly during shift
Ability to occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc
Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands and/or fingers
Ability to occasionally work in low or high temperatures and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind
Ability to occasionally work in noisy environments
Ability to lift and move light to moderate weight items up to 50 pounds occasionally using team lifts

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent experience
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system

Job Duties

Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
Approach all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner
Remain product knowledgeable
Remain aware of advertised sales
Stock and straighten shelves and pegs in the immediate area when not directly ringing up product
Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying and evaluating customers' needs
Make product recommendations based off of this analysis
Promote programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up
Perform all other duties as assigned
