Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • demonstrate company values and behaviors consistently
  • partner with team members for additional support when necessary
  • actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
  • promote sales programs such as Findmore to enhance customer service
  • complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
  • stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenish items
  • utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to manage checkout lines
  • assist with omnichannel sales efforts as needed
  • support recovery, put-backs and fitting room maintenance
  • participate in annual inventory processes
  • support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • meet established performance standards for sales, customer service, profit, productivity and attendance consistently
