Job Requirements

- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to operate Point of Sale technology

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members where additional support is needed
- Actively engage customers and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise Impulse Fixtures and replenishment
- Proactively call for assistance when additional help is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- Assist with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance consistently
