Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Food handler's license required
- Previous cashier or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the Smoko Loco ordering window and provide excellent customer service
- Process cash, credit card, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
- Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system
- Answer guest questions about menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items to make recommendations and upsell add-ons
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Deliver food to guest tables when servers are busy and assist with overall service flow
