Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Must adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
- Utilize tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials with management
- Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
- Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan, and Cater Trax orders
- Accurately make change, maintain proper counts of transactions, maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile after each meal
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
- Adhere to attendance policy including timely arrival and proper call off procedures
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist as needed
- Follow guest satisfaction and hospitality procedures
