Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Must follow company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Must adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge the presence of guests immediately with a friendly greeting
  • Utilize tools to stay organized and communicate daily specials with management
  • Bus tables and help maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • Restock and organize areas surrounding the check out counters
  • Handle all POS transactions ethically and according to company policies, including cash, meal plan, and Cater Trax orders
  • Accurately make change, maintain proper counts of transactions, maintain accurate cash drawer balance and reconcile after each meal
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
  • Adhere to attendance policy including timely arrival and proper call off procedures
  • Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
  • Work collaboratively with team members and assist as needed
  • Follow guest satisfaction and hospitality procedures
