Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • leg strength and mobility for kneeling, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to show up on time for scheduled shifts
  • ability to follow safety procedures and multitask
  • willingness to work under pressure and at a fast pace
  • ability to work all shifts including openings and closings
  • alignment with company culture of working hard and having fun
  • compliance with company policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and adapt
  • reliable and punctual
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • ascend or descend stairs
  • reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
  • provide excellent verbal and written communication
  • arrive to scheduled shifts on time
  • clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas
  • take orders from customers and process payments efficiently
  • follow proper safety procedures when handling and preparing food
  • multitask effectively
  • assist other crewmembers in tasks to ensure service continuity
