Additionally, the Cashier Team Member will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized checkout environment, replenishing supplies, and adhering strictly to company policies related to cash handling and store security. The role also involves assisting with other store tasks such as stocking shelves and cleaning, ensuring that the store remains orderly and appealing to customers. This position requires a positive and professional demeanor at all times, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Candidates are expected to hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with cash handling experience preferred but not mandatory. Essential skills include basic math proficiency, the ability to operate POS equipment efficiently, and strong interpersonal skills to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Bilingual candidates proficient in Spanish and English are preferred to better serve our diverse customer base. A Texas Alcohol Food Beverage Commission (TABC) certification is also required.
