Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required
- 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training
- exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communication skills
- superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills
- demonstrate cultural competence and ability to work effectively with a diverse population
- ability to read and interpret hard data and metrics
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to calculate basic mathematical figures and apply basic algebra concepts
- self-motivated, resourceful, creative, high integrity, problem solver, positive can-do approach
- ability to lift weights up to 40 pounds
- able to perform physical demands such as standing, walking, climbing, and reaching
- ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Operate cash registers
- maintain shelf stock and stock sales floor as directed
- answer phone inquiries
- maintain a safe, clean, and well-merchandised store
- provide excellent customer service
- follow cash handling policies and company procedures
- contribute as a team player to achieve store goals
