Handling customer returns with care and respect is also an essential part of delivering outstanding service in this role. The position requires a combination of customer service excellence, physical stamina to manage tasks such as lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds and enduring long periods of standing, as well as mental alertness and flexibility to adapt to irregular work schedules and various workplace conditions ranging from cold to warm environments. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
