Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cash handling preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday with flexible hours
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
Job Qualifications
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to interact positively with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow cash control procedures
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion
- Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- Makes change, accepts declining balance cards and other forms of payment
- Issues receipts to customers
- Follows procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner
- Ensures cash drawer compliance with overage/shortage standards
- Maintains sanitation standards and compliance with ServSafe and safety requirements
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and other supplies
- Keeps pastry case stocked
- Ensures compliance with company service, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
