Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or retail sales experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently during shifts
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to follow club policies and procedures
- Willingness to engage in general housekeeping and merchandising tasks
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Capability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Process member purchases courteously and efficiently
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- Scan merchandise through point-of-sale systems
- Accept various forms of payments including cash and check
- Provide excellent member service and resolve concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of frontline areas
- Assist with self-checkout operations and technical issues
