The Retail Associate role at Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay is an essential frontline position within their retail stores, primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the overall store operations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. This full-time position involves operating the Point of Sale (POS) system responsibly, handling all forms of payment, and encouraging cash donations to support Goodwill's community programs.
