We are currently seeking a Guest Service Advocate to join our front-end team. This role is essential in representing our brand and enhancing the guest experience by providing friendly, helpful, and attentive service. The Guest Service Advocate serves as the face of our company, responsible for greeting guests warmly, assisting with bagging and carrying groceries, performing price checks, and ensuring that all guest orders are handled with care and efficiency. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor in line with our dress code and personal grooming policies.

The position demands strong communication and exceptional customer service skills to engage guests positively and exceed their expectations. An understanding of safety protocols and company standards for cleanliness and presentation is crucial. Additionally, the advocate will manage the bottle return area responsibly and maintain adequate stock levels of front-end supplies, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a physically active position involving regular standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, suitable for candidates who are reliable and possess basic computer literacy. No formal education or prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting or advancing their retail career.
