Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Commitment to uphold club policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred
- Prior cashier or sales experience preferred
Job Duties
- Process member purchases including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payments
- Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
- Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes, assisting members as needed
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Assist in general club housekeeping and return resellable merchandise to the sales floor
