Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Possess basic math knowledge
- Have customer service experience
- Willingness to visit other stores as needed
- Ability to occasionally work in a warehouse environment
- Capable of lifting 20 to 50 pounds periodically
- Able to stand, walk, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use point of sale (POS) software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated honesty and accountability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Foster connections with customers by discussing their projects and suggesting merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs
- Adhere to company safety policies through actions and behaviors
- Manage customer purchases using point of sale (POS) software
- Process customer reimbursements and exchanges following guidelines
- Shut down and secure cash registers at the end of business hours
