Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend repeatedly, and stand for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead repeatedly
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with inventory management software
- Passion for best-in-class customer service
- Team player mindset
Job Duties
- Process sales transactions accurately including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and informing about products and services
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all laws and regulations related to alcohol sales
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
