Job Requirements

  • Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2pm to 10pm up to 20 hours
  • Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
  • Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
  • Ability to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and handle merchandise
  • Comfortable working in indoor environments with occasional exposure to cleaning agents
  • Willingness to adhere to club policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math skills preferred
  • Prior cashier or sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner including verifying, renewing, and upgrading memberships
  • Scan merchandise accurately and accept various forms of payment
  • Provide excellent and timely customer service to members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the frontline department
  • Manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes assisting members with technical difficulties
  • Stay current on merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information
  • Follow all club policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned including working in other departments as needed
  • Ensure regular and predictable attendance
