Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle cash accurately
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and be trained
Job Duties
- Perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- Enter all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded
- Make change, accept declining balance cards and other acceptable forms of payment
- Issue receipts to customers
- Follow standard procedures for issuing cash refunds
- Interact with customers and resolve customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain cash drawer in compliance with overage/shortage standards
- Observe customer purchases and differentiate between standard portions
- Replenish condiments, coffee, other beverages and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas
- Keep pastry case stocked
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and cash control procedures
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, ServSafe and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
