Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cashier or sales experience preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- capable of occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds and assisting with heavier items
- comfortable working in an indoor environment with some exposure to cleaning agents
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Basic math skills preferred

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- verify, renew, upgrade, and offer membership products
- scan merchandise accurately through point-of-sale systems
- accept various forms of payment including cash and check
- provide excellent and efficient member service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-line department
- assist members at self-checkout stations
- resolve and deescalate member concerns
- stock items and execute promotional plans
- uphold club policies and procedures
- manage self-checkout and scan and pan lanes
- assist with general club housekeeping
- meet cashier productivity expectations
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
