Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand and move frequently on hard surfaces
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds frequently
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
- Must be able to provide regular, predictable attendance

Job Duties
- Process member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner
- Verify, renew, upgrade, and offer several types of membership products
- Scan merchandise and accept various forms of payment
- Provide excellent member service efficiently and productively
- Maintain the cleanliness of the frontline department
- Assist at self-checkout stations and with technical difficulties
- Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Meet cashier productivity expectations
- Work as a team to achieve club standards
- Handle member concerns and escalate when appropriate
