The current opportunity is for experienced Cashiers and Customer Service Representatives to join their team at the Music City Center and other local venues including entertainment complexes, hotels, and museums located in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves working in dynamic settings where customer service excellence and accurate cash management are crucial. The Cashier and Customer Service Representative is a vital part of the onsite team, responsible for managing financial transactions related to parking fees at various parking garages and lots. The role requires attention to detail, quick thinking, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling cash and interacting with visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous manner. These shifts are scheduled based on the events at the venues and require flexibility and reliability from candidates.
Responsibilities include processing parking transactions accurately and efficiently, collecting payments, and ensuring all transactions are closed properly. Candidates must be capable of independent decision-making, demonstrate quick learning ability, and possess excellent communication skills for proper reporting and documentation.
