The company is currently hiring restaurant crewmembers for all shifts, offering an entry-level position with starting pay at $12.00 per hour. This role is designed for both individuals with prior restaurant or service industry experience—such as cashiers, servers, cooks, or retail associates—and those new to restaurant work, as full paid training is provided to ensure success and growth within the company.

As a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you will play a vital role in delivering the brand's signature customer service and quality food. This position requires wearing many hats, including handling food preparation, serving customers, managing drive-thru or cashier duties, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. You will have the opportunity to work in various shifts including opening, closing, and intermediate shifts, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Provide all customers with quick and friendly service
  • Work together as a team, assisting other crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
  • Ascend or descend stairs
  • Reach and grasp objects, including above head and below waistline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
  • Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the restaurant
  • Taking orders from customers and processing payments efficiently
  • Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
  • Ability to multitask
