This role is for a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, an entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking to begin or continue a career in the restaurant and customer service industry. The starting hiring pay begins at $15 per hour with opportunities for pay increases up to an additional $1.50 within the first year based on further training, certifications, and job performance. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts including opening, closing, and everything in between. It welcomes applicants with diverse backgrounds, whether they have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or any restaurant-related work, or even no prior experience at all, as paid training is provided. The job involves wearing many hats including serving customers, working in the kitchen, taking orders, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant.

Job Duties

  • Wear raising cane's hat and work as part of the restaurant team
  • Work all shifts including opening, closing, and in-between
  • Greet customers and provide quick, friendly service

  • Maintain cleanliness by cleaning tables, floors, and other areas
  • Follow safety procedures when handling and preparing food
  • Assist crewmembers and work collaboratively as a team
