Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems

  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
  • Partner with others for additional support
  • Engage customers actively and enthusiastically while resolving problems and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
  • Promote Findmore and other sales programs
  • Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishments
  • Call for assistance when additional help is needed in checkout
  • Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
  • Participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program requirements
  • Maintain product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance standards
