Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with others for additional support
- Engage customers actively and enthusiastically while resolving problems and assisting with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishments
- Call for assistance when additional help is needed in checkout
- Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
- Participate in recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program requirements
- Maintain product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance standards
