Job Duties

Processes customer sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Micros point-of-sale system
Handles cash and debit payments, counts and maintains the opening cash float, reconciles transactions at shift end, deposits cash according to policies, addresses discrepancies with supervisor
Restocks food and beverage products, ensures beverage stations are clean, stocked and set up for service, prepares oatmeal and toppings station, replenishes condiments and grab-and-go snacks
Performs general cleaning duties including sweeping floors, addressing spills, cleaning and sanitizing self-serve equipment and food display areas
Provides excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude, assists with inquiries or special requests, enforces store policies and monitors for potential theft
Ensures the safety of guests, staff, and facility by following safety procedures, using equipment and signage, identifying hazards and reporting concerns
Provides hands-on guidance with Micros system, restocking and cleaning tasks, communicates questions or concerns to supervisor
Trains casual staff and supports smooth daily operations
